Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Does anyone have to act or perform?

No. Professional actors play all the suspects. Your team investigates. They question witnesses, examine evidence, and present their findings. Nobody is ever put on the spot or asked to roleplay.

How long does an event last?

Two hours is the standard format. This includes briefing, investigation, deliberation, presentations, reveal, and debrief. We can adjust timing for your schedule.

How many people can participate?

Our format works for groups of 10 to 100. Teams of 5-7 work best for investigation dynamics. Larger groups compete in multiple teams.

What space do we need?

Up to you. We can source the right venue, or if you have a suitable space, we can bring it to life at your location.

How much does it cost?

Virtual events start from £750. In-person events start from £1,500. Final pricing depends on team size, location, and customisation. We provide clear, all-inclusive quotes with no hidden extras.

What's included in the price?

Full facilitation, professional actors, digital platform access, and all materials.

What about the psychologist option?

For Premium and Large Scale tiers, you can add formal behavioural assessment with a written report, which starts at £1,500. This gives you documented insights beyond the observation framework. Price depends on the size of the team and how many psychologists we need to bring in.

How far in advance should we book?

8-12 weeks is typical. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timescales, but venues may be limited. Popular dates (Q4 Christmas party season) book early.

What's the observation framework?

A one-page checklist we give to senior leaders so they can observe their own team during the event. It captures leadership emergence, communication patterns, and decision-making dynamics. The team thinks they're playing a game. You're watching how they work. It reveals dynamics that surveys and meetings never capture.

Can you customise the scenario?

Yes. We can tailor scenarios to your industry, reference your company values, or create bespoke experiences for specific objectives. Customisation is priced separately.

What if some people are reluctant?

We design for inclusive participation where everyone contributes in their own way. No one is ever singled out or forced to be 'on stage'. Analytical thinkers love the puzzle. Social connectors love the drama. The quiet observers often crack the case. Nobody is forced to perform.

Is this suitable for senior leadership teams?

Absolutely. The intellectual challenge and moral complexity of our scenarios are designed to engage experienced professionals and are great for leadership away days.

Do you travel nationwide?

Yes, we can host events anywhere in the UK.

We've never heard of you. Why should we trust you?

We're new as a company, but our approach is built on years of combined corporate facilitation experience. We've documented our methodology in detail so you know exactly what you're getting. And we're happy to have a 30-minute discovery call with no pitch, just to see if we're the right fit.
